Production

Contact Chad Farris Regarding Music Production

Music Production-From Wikipedia:
In the music industry, a record producer has many roles, among them controlling the recording sessions, coaching and guiding the musicians, organizing and scheduling production budget and resources, and supervising the recording, mixing and mastering processes. This has been a major function of producers since the inception of sound recording.

The music producer could, in some cases, be compared to the film director in that the producer's job is to create, shape and mold a piece of music in accordance with their vision for the album.

What I do::
The days of the old guard in the music industry are gone.  They are being replaced by home and smaller recording facilities.
What my job is as a producer is to help you achive your goal of your recording.  Maybe you have an idea of what it shoud sound like but do not know how implement it.  My job it to make your song sound full and rich.

Maybe you are having a problem finishing a song lyrically or musically.  I am a songwriter as well so I can help you complete your work.
It is also my job to push you to your potential.  It doesn't matter if it is a single or a 26 song double album, I want you to be pleased with the work.

I can come to you or the studio of your choice.  I also have  Filth Recording, my own studio.

What makes me different from some producers is I insist on hearing your music before I start work. That helps me lay out the sessions and in the end it saves you time and money.

I take on clients on a case by case situation. I produce projects one at a time.  I do not take on 14 bands.  Once I complete a project, I go on to the next so you will get my full attention to your work.

My rates are reasonable and again on a case by case situation.  I can work within your budget.  If you are interested in hiring me as your producer or need more info, please fill out the contact form above.
